We take pride in providing our community with a pleasant and friendly atmosphere where patrons can enjoy traditional food that reminds them of home in Brazil or transports them to the vibrant streets of Brazil for the very first time. Our goal is to create a dining experience that engages the senses, evokes warm memories of childhood, and reminds our community of the universal joy of sharing delicious food.

Our Story
Since 2002, we have established ourselves as a beloved local destination for Brazilian immigrants seeking a taste of home, adventurous Americans eager to explore new culinary experiences, coffee aficionados, burger enthusiasts, and everyone in between.
Founded by Ernando Miranda in Worcester, MA, Miranda Bread began as a humble Brazilian bakery on Shrewsbury Street. Our mission was simple: to offer exceptional baked goods, desserts, breakfast sandwiches, burgers, and all the delights of a traditional padaria. Today, Miranda Bread has grown into a thriving cafe with four locations, proudly employing many associates who immigrated from Brazil like our owner over 30 years ago.
Beyond top-notch service and products, our core goal has always been to create a safe haven for Brazilian immigrants. Our success is rooted in Brazilian culture, community, and loyal customers. We strive to offer an authentic experience, where guests can savor a x-tudo burger and be served by our dedicated team.
Today, we have locations in Stoughton, Marlborough, Framingham, and our flagship store in Worcester. Two locations were opened in the last eight years along with a manufacturing facility to streamline production and meet growing demand. We plan to open more locations with the support of our administrative team.
Our success is fueled by hardworking employees, loyal customers, and strong community values. We integrate Brazilian and American cultures and promote inclusivity. We now offer catering and deliveries through UberEats, GrubHub, and DoorDash, continuously improving guest experiences and food quality.
