Born in the modest town of Marambaia, Brasil, Ernando moved to America in 1988 in search of a better life. A young Ernando immediately began working in restaurants and did so for many years while working various other odd jobs like high rise window wasing and house cleaning. As a struggling immigrant, Ernando always had two major goals that he was determined to accomplish; to provide for his family and to help others. In 2002, Ernando opened our flagship location in Worcester. He made it a point to hire struggling immigrants, donate to local community organizations, and give people a chance in this country just as someone had once given him back in 1988.
